How the buyback works

Fees
Every SOL-paired coin launched on SPLICE routes 10% of its creator fees to its program wallet.
Swap
Each hour at :05 UTC, any coin owing 0.002 SOL or more swaps it for $SPLICE on Jupiter.
Burn
The same wallet burns every token it received and closes the account. Nothing is kept.

"Other burns on-chain" is the rest of the supply drop: tokens burned outside the fee buyback, by anyone. It's worked out as 1,000,000,000 minus the live supply.
