- When the window has passed since the last payout (or launch), buys in it are read from Pump.fun’s trade feed, paging back up to 1,000 trades.
- The buy with the highest fill price wins, among buys at least the minimum size. Creator, curve and program wallet can never win.
- No qualifying buy: the pot rolls into the next window.
